Starting as a software engineer and then progressing to a QA manager, Neri eventually established an IT services venture in the western United States as part of a global services firm. Under Neri's leadership, the company achieved an impressive run rate of 100 million dollars, employing over 750 mid-level leaders and engineers, and serving multiple Fortune 500 clients.
